Frame Bearing Kits

The frame pivot bearing kits we supply are the necessary bearings for the full suspension frame in question (no other hardware is supplied such as bolts and washers etc).

We supply MAX Complement bearings for frame suspension pivots where ever possible, as they can take a much higher load (35-40%) and have a "full complement" of balls.  Standard wheel bearings have a metal or nylon retainer/cage inside with gaps in between the balls).  Note however, there isn't a MAX Complement bearing available in every size.

Bearing Type: MAX (or Full) Complement (Fully loaded with ball bearings and no cages)

Material: 100CR6 Chrome Steel for balls and races

Grease: Mobil XHP222 or Sinopec HTHS (High Specification waterproof grease).

Seal: 2RS seals in most cases, which is a seal each side. In some cases only one metallic seal (1Z) and open other side for grease port access.

Precision: ABEC-3

    This listing is for a full set of Frame Pivot Bearings only (10 Bearings, 3 part refs). No other hardware such as nuts, bolts, washers will be supplied.

    Note, This is a higher priced kit due to all 3 bearings being expensive custom extended inner race bearings, that can only be sourced (at time of writing this) from Enduro.
