Retail customers do not need an account to order – you can just add parts to the basket and checkout. However, you can create an account which has many benefits: check out faster in future, keep more than one address, track orders etc.
If you are a business in the cycle trade (a shop or mobile mechanic) who has continued bearing requirements, then we can set you up for trade pricing. If you add a business name to your account application, then we can research to ensure you exist as a cycle trade operation.
Please note, if you are a non-cycle trade customer trying to obtain a trade account, then please do not waste your time (and ours), as we will research if you exist as a cycle business.
If you are a new cycle operation (and do not have a web site or facebook page), then please also send a supporting/explanatory email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Finally, trade account approval isn't instant and automated. It requires our staff to research you and manually set the system with the relevant customer group. We will endeavour to set this up as soon as possible.
TRADE ACCOUNTS OUTSIDE OF UK
We welcome Bicycle Trade applications outside of the UK.
After completing the online form it will speed up the process if you email us on email@example.com with the following information:
Your Business Web Site Address (if you have one)
Your Facebook Page (if you have one)
