RETURNS PROCEDURE & REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason or you have ordered incorrectly, you may return a product unused and unfitted for refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds MUST contain the following information so we can find your purchase detail and action the refund:
1. Order Number
2. Name
3. Reason for refund
Note:
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received (if any marks, scratches or signs of grease, then a refund will be refused). Check carefully you have correct size before breaking seal on sealed/boxed products (usually Enduro and NTN) or else we cannot resell these, and thus cannot refund.
- The customer must pay the postage fee.
- Any complaints made after this time period are void of any right to a refund.
- To clarify you must state reason for return, as we need to know if bought in error or if there is a problem.
- If you need a replacement, then please do so by ordering again as it can too complicated sorting partial refunds or requesting additional payments.
- If an overseas order, we cannot be expected to refund your original postage costs if the reason for return is not our fault.
