CARD PAYMENTS - Note, extra security measures implemented by credit card issuers has resulted in card payments failing more frequently. If the billing address doesn't exactly match your registered card address you will not be able to proceed.
ROYAL MAIL - Please be warned we are seeing delays again from Royal Mail when you select our basic free Royal Mail 24 service (which isn't tracked). If your order is urgent, please select guaranteed next day service.
DELIVERY
Normal UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail's 1st class service, and usually orders placed before 3pm will be sent the same day. From time to time if we short-staffed we may not be able to send the same day - if this is the case, we will warn you of this via a notice on the Header of the Home Page. Depending on order value, this may be tracked, but as delivery is usually so quick, we do not send tracking information.
Guaranteed next working day delivery is offered as a choice for UK orders at an additional cost of £6.95. Note however, the cut off for same day despatch is 3pm on a working day (Mon-Fri) and if you placing your guaranteed order on a Friday, it doesn't include Saturday delivery. It will be guaranteed for Monday.
Larger and Heavier items such as Workshop Boxes and Tools will be sent via a Courier Service. We don't use Couriers as often (most of our orders go by Royal Mail), and thus we don't have a daily courier collection. For these items, please allow upto 3 working days. As default on bearing top-up's it is free 1st class Royal Mail selected, but if a larger/heavier item is selected a nominal charge is added to the order to cover the extra cost of using a Courier service.
Retail Orders outside of the UK will usually be sent by International Couriers at £8.95 for small parcels and £20 for larger tools. Tracking information will be forwarded to you via the email address you provide. Please be warned however, you must provide an adequate delivery address or collect parcel within the specified time of a Courier Service if you were not available at time of delivery. If further fees are incurred due to a customer being unavailable within a reasonable period of time (usually specified on the missed delivery card), then we 'Kinetic Bike Bearings Limited' cannot be liable for these charges. We will also have to charge additional administration fees if you need us to organise a re-delivery. Any non-delivery must be reported within 6 weeks.
