DELIVERY
UK ORDERS
Most UK orders for bearings will be sent using Royal Mail's 1st class service, and usually orders placed before 3pm will be sent the same day. Note though this isn't guaranteed as occasionally if we short-staffed, it may be the following day.
Delivery options will be:
Royal Mail 24 - free delivery (not tracked, basic post service)
Royal Mail 24 tracked - £3.00
Guaranteed Next Working Day - £6.95 (orders after 3pm on a thursday will be guaranteed for Monday)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Apologies but as of 29th July 2024 we no longer accept orders from the Republic of Ireland. We have found that Ireland customs are very strict and we were regularly getting unknown returns for customs declaraton failing.
International delivery is charged at £14.95 using Royal Mail and sent using a tracked service where possible. We do not charge Tax on your order on our site. The tax is added when your goods arrive in the customs import of your country, so you will need to pay this separately in the future. Note, orders usually arrive within 14 days, but can sometimes get delayed within your countries customs clearance operation. If this is the case please be patient as there is nothing we can do to expedite this.
Note, you must provide an adequate delivery address or collect parcel within the specified time of a courier service if you were not available at time of delivery. If further fees are incurred due to a customer being unavailable within a reasonable period of time (usually specified on the missed delivery card), then we 'Kinetic Bike Bearings Limited' cannot be liable for these charges. We will also need to charge additional administration fees if you need us to organise a re-delivery for goods returned back to us. Any non-delivery must be reported within 6 weeks.
HEAVY ITEMS
Larger and Heavier items such as Workshop Boxes and Tool Sets will be sent via a courier service. We don't use couriers as often (as most of our orders go by Royal Mail), and thus we don't have a daily courier collection. For these items, please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.
Note, heavier items do not have a free postage option as we cannot use our trade royal mail account. However, we split the difference with you the customer and don't charge the full rate.
Retail orders outside of the UK will usually be sent by International Couriers at £8.95 for small parcels and £20 for larger tools. Tracking information will be forwarded to you via the email address you provide.
